This park was deceivingly big. At first, I was afraid that people would park in the other lots and we’d have chaos trying to find which picnic bench was which. It happened but we made it work with a bit of technological help. We were able to meet three new people! Alvin, his wife, Judy Zhu, and their son. I can’t tell you guys how wonderful it is to be able to meet with other tea enthusiasts. I truly hope to grow this group more so that more can experience this joy. And of course, drink a lot of tea.

1st Brew – Mystery oolong.

2nd Brew – Powdered Black from Hawaii. This is a rare powdered tea from a small company on the Big Island of Hawai’i. It is as mouth watering as it is unique.

3rd Brew – Guafengzhai – Leng Shui He. Sheng pu erh. You can find this and other great pu erhs at https://fatbatpuerh.com/

4th Brew – Osmanthus Jiu Qu Hong Mei or Osmanthus LongJing Black Tea.

5th Brew – Nan Ben Lao Zhai. Sheng puerh.

We were over the moon with the amount of tea we consumed. I am very excited for our next meeting!
