Our meeting was held at the beautiful Shakopee Library in Shakopee. Did you know that their children’s area was design by the Minnesota Children’s Museum? Today we focuses on white tea. With a concentrated basis on Chinese white tea. Big shout out to our first Tea Star, Kola, for heading this meeting and not only providing us with amazing Chinese white teas but also educating us on them and how to infuse them! There is always something new to learn in the world of tea.
