The Prior Lake Farmers Market started the first week of May. When I booked the meeting room, I completely forgot about the market. So apologies for the parking debacle. If you are ever down in the area, do check out this farmers market, though, as it has a ton of variety for such a small venue.
We began by talking about the non-profit situation. Happening but slowly. Filing will be a lengthy process, but there is no need to rush it.
As always, we greatly appreciate our donors: FatBat Pu er, Himalko, Davidson’s, and Plum Deluxe.
At this session, we focused on oolongs. Where they are grown and how they are processed. We also took a look at the differences in oxidation variations. Just look at this!
